Katarina Line is actually a DMC in Croatia. I came across them because they visited Norway at the travel fair in January 2017. They are also a small cruise company plying different harbours in Croatia. Because they have small ships, they are able to visit islands where the cruise ships cannot dock. They have more than 50 ships in four different categories and a lot of itineraries to choose from. If you are interested in theme cruises in Croatia, they have a a lot of these as well. Some examples are: Young Fun Cruise, Gay Adriatic Cruise, Naturist Cruises from Split, Wine Cruise, and more. They have guaranteed departures from mid-April to mid-October.
As mentioned, they are a DMC so if you have groups looking for a unique tour, I can recommend the Croatia Rhapsody Coach Tour. This tour takes you to Croatia's 5 UNESCO's sites. Note that this is a coach tour and not a cruise.
For the cruise, I would suggest any of the cruises departing from Split, like the 2-night Split - Dubrovnic Cruise. You can spend a few days to explore Split, then have a 2-night cruise and your holiday with a few nights in Dubrovnik.
What I like about them is they answer quickly and are very accommodating.
You may reach them through the following:

The MV Futura has a capacity of 38 persons on board in 19 twin or double cabins. There is only one possible area to smoke and it is on the main deck.
Cabins have air-conditioning, safe, fire alarm and a safe. In addition each cabin has life jackets, desk and tabouret, wardrobe, night stand, small sofa and a porthole window.
Katarina Lines have over 50 ships in 4 different categories: Deluxe, A+, A, B and Gullets. On the Deluxe vessels, shore excursions are included in the price. Read more about the different ships here. Gullets are small and exclusive boats with a capacity from between 7 to 14 passengers, excluding the crew. If you are on a budget and want comfort, I would suggest an A+ minimum. The A category have mostly bunk beds, while the B category have bunkbeds in their cabins. So whatever your budget, you can afford a cruise with Katarina Lines.
There is a casual atmosphere in all areas on board. Here we are met by the person in charge of the restaurant. They serve food with ingredients sourced locally. The cabins have direct contact with the restaurants. If you have any special food requests, you may ask them at the time of booking. Katarina Lines will always try to accommodate the requests of their guests.
Kataria Line ships are small and on MS Futura, there are only 38 passengers in 19 twin/double cabins. There are life jackets inside the cabins. MV Futura is Deluxe Category which means that aside from all meals, all shore excursions are also included in the price you pay. The MV Futura was built in 2013. Read more about the MV Futura here.
We were a group of travel trainees and bloggers and we all got a warm welcome on board the MS Futura. The staff and crew are very young and energetic. Their passengers vary a lot and they have great itineraries to choose from. You can even take a 2-night cruise as part of your holiday. They have 8 different types of cruise itineraries. If you wish, they also have longer cruises in Croatia. Check the itineraries here.
Their ships dock at the harbour in Split which is just across the Old Town. You do not need to take a bus because you just cross the street and you are already in the Old Town. Shore excursions are available from Opatija, Split and Dubrovnik. Cruises depart from Opatija, Split, Dubrovnik, Zadar and Zagreb.
